A week ago Anastasia, teacher atCulinary school №1» in St. Petersburg, got the task: create a special Christmas treat for New Year's corporate events in St. Petersburg. Anastasia froze. As a child, my grandmother always baked this pie for Christmas - with a thin layer of honey between the layers of dough., with apples from an orchard near Vyborg and a subtle aroma of cardamom, which then seemed like magic. It's this taste, forgotten for years, and became the key.
